about effie jordan
Effie Jordan is a former NSW Police officer and Intelligence Analyst, trauma, domestic violence and cancer survivor. Each challenge presented Effie an intersection of courage, darkness and deep personal change.
From this experience she decided to create Jordan Resilience - a platform devoted to helping others navigate identity, reinvention, and life after adversity. She works with teams, organisations and groups to mentor, advocate and guide others to rebuild identity, reconnect to purpose, and move from survival into meaningful transformation.
She is also the host of Rising in Life After Trauma, a podcast where she leads raw, honest conversations about what it really means to rebuild your life when faced with its most difficult experiences.
After 14 years service within the police in elite high-pressure environments, Effie understands the hidden cost of being strong on the outside while carrying more beneath the surface, the complexity of trauma, and what it means to rebuild yourself when the life that once defined you no longer fits.
